MILETOS, PRIENE AND BAFA LAKE

Miletos was the foremost city for producing famous and great personalities. The philosopher Thakes was born here. You can see the Miletos ancient theatre which is the most well preserved theatre in west Anatolia. Priene has been called the Anatolian Pompei. Priene has succeeded in preserving its original design. Bafa lake near Didim is an open air museum where you can see Heraklia ruins, Endymion Temple, Temple Of Athena Castle, Byzantine Castle.
