PAMUKKALE ( COTTON CASTLE )

Translated to cotton castel this natural wonder has been created by underground springs rich in calcium. Because of its mineral rich pools and hot springs pamukkale was used as the first health resorts in the world and claims to make you look and feel 10 years younger.

Near by is also the ancient city of hierapolis, founded by the pergamene king eumenes and named for his wife, which contained a large jewish element and inturn favoured the rapid expansion of christianity.
